Today has been a bit of a wake up call for me!

First off I hardly slept last night cause I am finally allowing myself to be excited...so months of anxiety are now being replaced with total crazy excitedness! Its really weird cause this is the most I've been able to prepare for ANY baby! Even Anya, our little full term baby caught us off guard by two weeks, and she was the first, so you're never ready for the first ;) I don't sleep good when I am excited for things....I didn't sleep the whole week before I got married! Even with sleeping pills!!! (I did however sleep all the way to the wedding in the car....LOL)

So I'm sleep deprived, and then I've had a day full of Dr apointments. One for me and one for Anya (so a normal day for us). As I was dragging around my little crew I had the reality check of "CRAP" there is going to be another?! How in the world am I going to do this!!!! It took almost a year after RaeLee for me to feel comfortable about being out and about, and with her I had some leeway before I had to get back to being out and about. Since we have pretty much stopped doing everything the last few months, there are things that we need to start back up ASAP. Like reading class, Anya's therapy, specialist Dr. apointments.......

So as I was having my mini break down in the car I decided that I have to take time and build these things up gradually.... Anya's therapy is probably the most important to start up first, then probably some Dr apointments, then going to reading class (for the mean time we can do it online), and then we can maybe start to throw in gymnastics or swimming lessons....

I am excited to be able to start up life again! But at the same time it has been nice to not be on the go every single day! All I can say is it is a good thing we homeschool cause I don't know how I'd fit therapy and Drs in otherwise!!! And its a good thing I have multipul baby snugglers ;)

Oh, my Dr apt was fine... nothing new to report, they are actually pretty boring events! But the good news is this was my last one!!! Anya went to her eye Dr. and her lazy eye is doing better with the glasses and we go back in 6 months for another checkup.

Ya, I totally agree it's nice to be boring sometimes. It'll be crazy next month. Carter's in swimming, Caitlyn in soccer, and both girls in piano, plus waiting for Jeff's next surgery.
I hope everything goes well next week and you can just bring little Sari home! :)

The best thing a friend told me was don't expect much of yourself for the first 3 months. For me this has helped. I am excited for you!

You're amazing woman! I really admire you for cheerfully doing all that you do for your family. And so pregnant, none the less! Hang in there!
